Sandra is awesome! She goes above and beyond trying to help with services or techniques specifically for your issue. Her knowledge and understanding of the body makes me feel very comfortable knowing she understands potentially what I'm feeling. She has also had injury herself which makes me even more at ease. I have extreme tension and problem areas on the right side of my back/body that is stubborn and relentless. After my first medical massage session I got some relief but I just left my second session and I feel great. Already have a third appointment for next week in hopes we can slowly loosen the tension in these problem areas so they do not return as fast. I'm very glad I found this therapist. Her hands literally work wonders. Had lipo last Nov and unfortunately ended up with some scar tissue, went to Sandra for body contouring and after 1 session I noticed a huge difference. Just had my first session with the only pro I’ll ever need to see from here on. Sandra’s clinic, Total Balance Wellness center, was far beyond my already high expectations. It was a very comfortable, clean, professional, and inviting environment. Saying that Sandra’s skill level is at a mastery level does not do it justice. She anatomically explains to you the problems you are having and offers solutions. As a police officer, I have to maintain good health and a fitness. Due to injury I could not lift my arm over my head without extreme pain. After the session with Sandra I had regained full mobility. During our session she advised that her goal in life is to heal people. She did that for me today.
